Cozy Blue Gingham Pajamas

Sharing is caring!

As someone who loves to sleep, I feel highly qualified to share this review of how my blue gingham pajamas from Serena & Lily fit! The Dalton Flannel Pajamas comes as a matching set, in a fun, classic print that never goes out of style. They are 100% cotton- made out of soft flannel in my favorite colors (blue or gray!). What is NOT to love?

My New Blue Gingham Jammies… Not Just For Cozy Nights!

Thank you Serena and Lily for sponsoring this post about your pajamas… all opinions are my own.

Truth be told, these are not just for cold winter nights. I’m enjoying long lazy Saturdays in them too. My husband was thrilled when I gave him back his NY Yankee T-shirt after these arrived in the mail! Officially done with his ratty tee (sorry babe) and my old sweats!

Serena & Lily pajamas run on the larger side so if you’re in between sizes I recommend sizing down. I am wearing a small. I like my pajamas to have plenty of freedom to move about though- nothing tight. I like that they look like normal attire when we are hosting house guests… or when my kids’ friends ring the doorbell just a bit (ahem) on the early side.

It’s funny how trading in your old sweats for matching jammies makes you feel like a new woman. It’s that fresh from the beauty salon feeling, ya know?

The blue gingham pajamas are my favorite- but I like the gray print too! Serena & Lily has so many beautiful options for lounging, even luxurious robes! I highly recommend treating yourself (or your mom!) in 2020 with one of these cozy Serena & Lily sleeping sets.

Driftway Wide Dresser In Our Bedroom

But I wasn’t the only one who got a fresh blue update. Our bedroom got a 2020 update also! Jose and I have had our old brown dresser as long as we have had kids. It has always been wayyyy too small for the two of us to share, but it was still doing the job and it was sort of cute, so we didn’t feel the need to replace it.

During our move two years ago, the movers broke the front leg, and shortly after one of the dresser pulls mysteriously disappeared (I’m looking at you, kids).

Our old bedroom dresser:

We took our time in picking a dresser (two years!) because I didn’t want to rush this decision and I knew the dresser needed to be extra wide.

I am on Serena & Lily’s email list (get on there if you are shopping for a piece of furniture… no matter how far off in the future!) and when I opened that email about their brand new Driftway Wide Dresser, I knew it was THE ONE!

I am love with that weathered blue linen texture and the brass pulls. It is SO much bigger! We finally don’t have to squeeze our drawers shut! The size balances out our king sized bed nicely. It’s a splurge- but after waiting two years for the right one to come along I didn’t hesitate.
