The 2022 Christmas Tour

Regardless of construction, I was thrilled to decorate our new home for the first time this year! Even with rooms half filled with furniture – it’s all part of the journey, right? I know you’ll find inspiration here regardless!

Christmas In My Home Office

We made this mirror garland using a mix of these 3 faux pine garlands, the real Costco pine garland, with a beaded garland and pine cones twisted in (with floral wire). I hung the whole thing using 3 of these commond hooks.

Kitchen at Christmas

When it comes to decorating a kitchen for Christmas, I did more with our back scullery more than the kitchen itself… I didn’t want the kitchen to feel cluttered. We use it too much! In day to day life that island is covered with dishes, food and our items. Heavy Christmas decor in the kitchen didn’t feel practical.

Christmas in the Bedroom

We spend so much time in our lounge off the bedroom, I couldn’t wait to get the tree up! I did the lightly flocked Snowy Tree. The inside branches are green and the outside are mildly flocked, so it doesn’t feel dated. I love it! No bare spots, its a high quality tree.

Our walls are painted Benjamin Moore Simply White, like most of the other rooms in the house.
