This year, Target asked me if they could power my holiday decorating mission to turn our home into a Christmas dream, all without breaking the bank. I was game, obviously! Let’s take a merry little tour.
Fireplace Fancy with Mixed Pine and Eucalyptus Garland
Above our living room fireplace, I used leftover pine garland as a base, and set down the Mixed Pine and Eucalyptus Christmas Garland on top. This garland is very full, I used two 6ft long next to each other (not on top). The eucalyptus is a bonus; it looks like I spent hours laboring over it. I held it up using these jumbo hooks on the left and center. I used these marble stocking hangers for the mini garlands!
Adding Christmas to the Built Ins
Built ins by the fireplace are the most fun to decorate at Christmas! I keep it classic and sprinkle in a few trendy little darlings – like the modern ceramic Christmas trees (out of stock, see similar here and here).
This is also home to the mini Christmas village that lights up (on a timer!). It’s a neighborhood where the only drama involves deciding which tiny home has the best light display. Haha.
Spruce & Pinecone Swag
I took two 7″ Faux Spruce & Pinecone Christmas Swags adorned with velvet ribbon and tied them together with one of the ribbons, to make a large 14″ swag. I only did this because my mirror was so big! Each swag has a loop so you can easily hang just one by the loop. I just nudged my giant swag in the spot above my mirror.
