Easy Tuesday Night Dinner

Sharing is caring!

It’s Taco Tuesday!

This post is is sponsored by General Mills, but all opinions are my own.

I told my kids not to ask us what’s for dinner until at least 3pm most nights. I usually don’t know the answer until right about that time anyways! But on Tuesdays, they can ask us anytime, because I already know the answer and my pantry is prepared.

Taco Tuesday is now our favorite day of the week to cook dinner! Between activities and work, I dread meal prepping. But Tuesdays are different- I only have to prep once a month, making it easy!

What is the big game changer? We pick up the ingredients at Sam’s Club in bulk just once a month! A couple bulk boxes of Old El Paso™ seasoning, 6 pack of Traditional Refried Beans and 36 count Stand ‘N Stuff Shells will last our big family through a month of Taco Tuesdays.

This makes it so much easier to plan meals since we only have to remember once a month! I’m all about quick and easy dinners, and Tuesday taco night with Old El Paso™ is now everyone’s favorite night around here.

There is always something on the kids’ plate that they refuse to eat- but we all get excited to pull out the big yellow Old El Paso™ box. Their Stand ‘N Stuff Shells stand up on their own so the kids get to add in their favorite toppings..

What you need for an easy Taco Tuesday night:

Tip: First drop the Old El Paso™ Traditional Refried Beans on the inside of their taco, making it like a glue so all the meat and toppings stay in place more

Why not make a taco bar using cute and colorful small dishes for the toppings, and spread it out on your table so everyone can help themselves. Or even better, head outside and invite over the neighbors. Who doesn’t like Taco Tuesday?
