We wanted some greenery in our house, but I just killed some cacti, and between the 4 kids + the dog I don’t need another living thing with needs, no matter how small! The only real plants here are the two biggest plants you see! I linked everything else at the bottom of the post if you are interested.
When we decided to build, everyone warned me how stressful it was going to be! I was prepared for the worst. My husband and I sat down and had the talk… each of us agreed we would not let the other one go over board. We did not need “all the things”. We would stick together, be a team, and it would bring us together, not pull us apart.

This post was originally going to be called “How to discipline kids and not lose your sh*t, over summer break.” But.. we all know that’s asking for something we can’t have. I firmly believes every great mom is entitled to completely lose it every now + again. ESPECIALLY over summer break.

When I was considering the Threshold’s Windsor Chairs from Target, I looked everywhere for a review and I could not find any. Now that I have received multiple messages on my instagram page from people wondering what I thought of them, I knew it was time to put out a review!
Today I am sharing the bathroom that belongs to our girls. They are only 6 and 2 so they don’t currently spend a lot of time in here, except to take baths and leave their towels + toys all over the floor! But one day they will be fighting over this room so we tried to maximize the space!
